Frequently asked questions
- Is a credit card required for the free trial?
- No! You can start your 30-day free trial without a credit card. We'll send you a reminder email 7 days before your trial ends so you can add a payment method to continue.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely! You can upgrade from Freelancer to Agency at any time. If you need to downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
- What happens after the 30-day trial on a paid plan?
- If a payment method is on file, your subscription begins and the first payment is taken automatically. If not, your subscription is paused until you add a payment method — you won't lose any data.
- How does Agency pricing work?
- Agency is priced per user, monthly or annually, in the currency you choose at checkout — see the table above. Your bill scales with your team size.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Start on the Free plan or the 30-day trial — no card, no charge, so there is nothing to refund if VectorLingo turns out not to be for you. Once you are paying: annual subscriptions can be cancelled within the first 30 days for a pro-rata refund; monthly subscriptions are not refunded, but stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What currency will I be billed in?
- You'll be billed in the currency you select at checkout — GBP, EUR, or USD. The price shown in your selected currency is what you'll pay.
- Is VAT or sales tax included?
- Prices exclude applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes. Any tax due may be shown before payment confirmation based on your billing country and business status.
- Is my data secure?
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We enforce tenant isolation with row-level security in the database, and our Data Processing Agreement is at vectorlingo.com/legal/dpa.
